At the Urban Development Project Management Board and Civil Construction Investment, Mr. Ta Viet Dong, Director of the Urban Development Construction Management Board, was appointed as General Director, the appointment period is as follows: 5 years from May 1, 2019; Do Huu Hung, Deputy Director of the Urban Development Works Management Board as Deputy General Director, the appointment period is 5 years from May 1, 2019.

At Hai Phong Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board, appointing Mr. Do Tuan Anh, General Director of Hai Phong Bridge Project Management Board as General Director, appointment period is 5 years from from May 1, 2019; appointing Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh, Deputy General Director of Hai Phong Bridge Project Management Board to the position of Deputy General Director, from May 1, 2019 until full retirement age; appointed Dao Sy Ngoc,  Deputy General Director  of Hai Phong Bridge Project Management Board to the position of Deputy General Director, the appointment period is 5 years from May 1, 2019.

Phó Chủ tịch Thường trực đề nghị lãnh đạo hai Ban Quản lý mới thực hiện nghiêm túc việc bàn giao hồ sơ, tài liệu, nhiệm vụ để tiếp nhận, vận hành, triển khai hiệu quả các nhiệm vụ mà lãnh đạo Thành ủy, HĐND, UBND thành phố giao, không để việc sáp nhập làm chậm trễ công việc; đề nghị các lãnh đạo Sở, ngành, đơn vị liên quan chủ động giúp đỡ, hướng dẫn, giám sát đôn đốc hai Ban Quản lý mới thực hiện việc tiếp nhận một cách chặt chẽ, nghiêm túc; đề nghị hai đồng chí Tổng Giám đốc mới tiếp tục đóng góp kinh nghiệm của mình vào điều hành chỉ đạo giúp các Ban Quản lý hoàn thành xuất sắc nhiệm vụ lãnh đạo thành phố giao.
