The City People’s Council has issued a Resolution on investment policy in the construction and expansion project of Dong Cho cemetery, Truong Thanh commune, An Lao district.

Accordingly, the decision on investment policy “Construction and expansion project of Dong Cho cemetery, Truong Thanh commune, An Lao district” with the following main contents:

. Investment objective:  Serving site clearance for the Hai Phong Sakura Golf Club project in An Lao district, meeting the need to move about 1,200 existing graves on the premises of the Hai Phong Golf Course complex project. Sakura Golf Club and ensure to serve the burial of people in the commune about 2,500 graves.

. Investment scale:  Construction and expansion of Dong Cho cemetery with an area of about 4.5ha; includes items:

– Technical infrastructure: Leveling, dredging ditches, gates and fences, wastewater drainage, surface water drainage, electricity supply, water supply, roads, parking lots and ditches.

– The grave of the dead, the area of the grave, the technical focal point.

. Project team: Group C.

. Total estimated investment:  37,282 million (In words: Thirty-seven billion, two hundred and eighty-two million dong). In there:

– Construction cost: 15,951 million VND.

– Project management costs, construction investment consulting costs, other expenses: VND 2,650 million.

– Cost of support, compensation for site clearance: 15,291 million VND.

– Provision expenses: 3,390 million VND.

. Investment capital:   City budget.

. Project implementation location:   Truong Thanh Commune, An Lao District, Hai Phong City.

. Project implementation period:  From 2021 to 2023.
